God is awesome

So it's hard to imagine that we're fully into August and literally 2007 is on the move towards 2008. Seriously, time is just jumping away!

What's been happening lately ... well EVERYTHING!!! So back in the first week of July - Hillsong, a totally awesome week where God totally smashed me - seriously! I went to the conference and prayed that He would do something in me ... and being as general as that, I was smashed, pretty much every day!! Laughing, crying, laughing crying ... looking back it would've been so funny to look at! I spent the week with the most AMAZING and awesome people from church; met some new people and formed new friendships and got to know others better. I was so privileged to share in this time with them, thank you JESUS!!

Work and study and back into full swing and church is busy as ever. Have been working through an issue and I am soooo thankful for God's patience, grace & mercy ... I can be such a stubborn mule at times!!! Amen for a gracious God! Now that it's settled in my heart, I must do something about it ... sometimes that's an even bigger challenge!

Hmm, let's see, I saw the movie Amazing Grace last Thursday night with the PlanetUni crew and that was a phenomenal movie ... go see it, totally challenges you! On Saturday night, after a couple of hiccups ... he he, about 19 of us went to have dinner at my bro's restaurant. It was such a blast, can't wait to do it again!

Last night, I was very blessed to spend some time with my ka jie (though she's actually my ah mui b/c younger but I like calling her ka jie :p), we had the BEST time and again, so in awe that God has orchestrated this friendship ... sooo sooo very thankful!

Still am having bouts of being sick but casting them aside, God has a destiny for my life, no little bug or injury is going to stop me from worshipping and honouring HIM!!!
