New apartment, new perspective ... and new adventures. New adventures also for my niece. Beautiful Yan left for Germany on Friday and it was very emotional. I didn't realise just how much I would miss her but at the airport saying goodbye to her, I realised that these next 5 months both her and I will change - she will come back with a different view of the world, I will also have a different view but from the focus of everyday life. I already miss her and it's only been 3 days! Not that I saw her any more than about once a week but just knowing that she's not at camp but physically away from all of us just makes it all a little more real that I can't just pop around and annoy her :p! So here's some pics of Friday, thankfully, neither of us are crying in them!! =)
