SLACK!!!

So, it’s been ONE MONTH since I last penned – what on earth has happened – too much as usual!

I’ve been reminded that I’m slack with my blog – thanks to Alex – so because of this, I now do a BRIEF update … if that is at all possible???!!!

So anyways, while reading my inbox devotion (I’ve got three different type of devotions to choose from so really I have no excuse to not be updating this blog :p); this was the tag line “Remember, a sacrifice is only a sacrifice if it costs you something”.

So, what do I do in my life which I think is sacrificing but really isn’t? Is my QT in the morning just what I can do or I am truly giving my all and more to Him so He can show me all that He has in store?
My finances … am I just giving what I can or am I committed to be sacrificially giving regardless of the circumstance?
My time … am I just doing activities and things because there is an expectation and only giving a limited availability or am I do ALL that I can no matter how long it takes? Time for me at the moment (well for the couple of years to be honest) has been something of a rare commodity for me. I try and fit in as much as I can and at times, let things be postponed … particularly catching up with friends!!!!!

So I take from today ‘sacrifice’ – what am I truly sacrificing for His Kingdom … what is GOD calling me to be more sacrificial in?

Thank you ALEX for taking time out to catch up, I count you as a good friend and I feel terrible that it’s taken so long for us to even say hi properly! (Although we’re both busy … ai ya, y’know …!!) After lunch I realized that I didn’t even ask you about the whole Nepal experience … so SORRY lah!!! You’ll just have to tell it to me another time … but hopefully we don’t need to wait six months yea?!!!
