Ugh

Yes, you ask for wisdom, patience and the prayer is answered - with a situation in which you have absolutely no control over!!!! What is with that??!!

We all know just how powerful our words are, and particularly when we're praying to God right?? So why do we keep asking Him for things and not expect the situations that come our way (which are usually there to stretch us and get us to exercise just what we have asked Him for)?

I find myself in a moment in time where I'm really just leaning on God because I really have no idea if what is happening around me is 100% exactly what He has planned ... e.g. have I made a decision in or out of His will for my life that is causing my current angst???!!!!

I'm literally (in the natural sense) totally helpless because I cannot make decisions at the moment, I can choose to react or respond - reacting is so much easier but God has called me to respond with His grace and love.

I therefore find myself thinking of the Proverbs 31 chick ... I will rise and continue to bless those around me and let God do what He needs to do, no matter how frustrating it gets!!!!!
