His sense of timing

So I began fasting last week – for the exact reason I wasn’t sure but God prompted me that I needed to fast. Well I started and was thinking – “when will this finish?”, “what is it I’m fasting for?”

He answered that question today – 24 days from when I started and that is the day of the first PlanetUni outreach event. I’m totally blown away – in His timing, His way, when we respond to Him, He does give us all that we need for that moment and then a little further along the line, He gives us more and more!

May I never stop wanting more of Him in my life.

As 1 Corinthians 2:9 says:

“However, as it is written: no eye has seen, no eye has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him” (NIV)

“But on the contrary, as the Scripture says, What eye has not seen and ear has not heard and has not entered into the heart of man, [all that] God has prepared (made and keeps ready) for those who love Him [and hold Him in affectionate reverence, promptly obeying Him and gratefully recognizing the benefits He has bestowed].” (AMP)
